Attracting people to work in public welfare is not easy, so creating a strong employer brand for public authorities is important. Together with Stereo Associates we created a series of portraits of dedicated people working in Roskilde Municipality to help retain and attract the much sought after welfare professionals.

As we see it, there is nothing more convincing or inspiring than a real person talking about real experiences.

To celebrate the everyday heroes of local authority home help and help communicate the high level of professionalism in their work, we created a series of short interviews for social media. Thanks to these great people who stand up for their profession and speak up about the benefits of choosing this line of work, we hope to contribute to more people wanting to work for Roskilde Municipality. They are clearly doing a great job and it was a pleasure meeting and portraying these passionate and purpose-driven people.
